Considering the different strategies outlined, in your own words, describe how Human Resources Strategy can help an organization successfully carry out its chosen strategic mission. Example: A firm that may be geared towards growth and differentiation may need HR strategy that focuses on recruitment of new workers, or training and development of current staff in the different areas that the company may be moving towards; (i.e. a firm that operates a chain of gas stations looking to incorporate electric vehicle charging stations into their mix of products may need to hire different workers, or train current workers on how to service the charging stations)
