Milestone Assignment: My Motivations And Emotions
1. Review the Acrobatiq unit about Emotions, Motivation, and Behavior and write a 2-3 page reflection paper.
2. Incorporate the material from Acrobatiq with how your emotions have motivated you and influenced your behavior.
3. To do this, consider the following questions:
o How have your emotions inspired you to do positive things?
o How have your emotions led to negative behaviors?
o Explain a time when your motivations were very different from those of someone who you were close to (significant other, family member, friend, etc.). What impact did this have on your relationship?
