Today was a tough day. Not only did you arrive late to work, but you also had to work with a situation of biting in your group of toddlers. Marina is just turning two years old and is not very verbal. At group time, she decided to bite another child sitting near her. It was completely out of the blue, and you could not stop her from biting the other child's arm. Your co-teacher was setting up for snack time and did not see it happen. You are not sure what to do and really worry what the parents will think. You take a deep breath and decide to use some reflective practices you learned at your last staff meeting.
