Please help me put in a congruent statement: I have recently has been experiencing anxiety since I started my practicum counseling. I have leaned on breathing techniques as well as my faith. I know that I cannot do it alone, and I am learning to lean more towards God, especially during sessions where a client has been discussing "not wanting to be here anymore"
