Covid 19 pandemic and its impact on employer-employee relations. Interview two people within your organization or in a different organization in the UAE if required. Ask them how they worked through the pandemic as an employee. How did the pandemic change employer-employee relations? How did their co-employees feel? How has the pandemic impacted on their relationship to their work and their employer and also its impact on productivity, loyalty, and morale.
