Choose a product or service to which you are a loyal customer. Describe the product or service. Post a two to four paragraph response describing WHY YOU ARE A LOYAL CUSTOMER.
In writing your essay, you may want to consider some of the following questions:
1) How long have you been a customer?
2) How frequently do you use this product or service?
3) What has this organization done to win your repeat business?
4) Have you recommended this product or service to others?
5) Have you ever had any problems with the product or service? If so, how were your concerns resolved?
6) Have you had any experience with the organization's competitors? If so, did that experience differ?
Be sure your posting has a concluding paragraph that analyzes this question:
How does developing customer loyalty help to increase market share in an increasingly competitive and global economy?
