Problem: Cinematic voyeurism is the act of peering into and spying on other people's activities and private moments. The subject does not know that he or she is being watched, which leaves the voyeur free to try to interpret what he or she sees. How does Psycho indicate that its characters are voyeurs through editing? How does the film suggest that the viewer of the film is also a voyeur through its editing? Be very specific and use the vocabulary you learned in previous units as well as the new vocabulary of editing you have been introduced to in this unit.
