The impact is measured with metrics. Some of the metrics are KPIs as well. The intention of this question is to realize how well your function is aligned to the overall purpose of your organization.

iii. How far you can go and identify the ultimate lead indicator?
iv. How accurate, timely and aligned your metric is to the overall purpose of the organization?
v. What are the gaps?
vi. What are the negative impacts of that gap?
