It is easy to apply kindness in motivating employees if we are mindful about it. The problem is, we are not always mindful about how we motivate employees because we are too busy, too stressed, and too focused on ourselves. When you have an employee that makes a mistake, is it easier to be frustrated and short rather than encouraging and kind? This is definitely a time for a pause and self reflection.
