Assignment Task:

Write a brief narrative on how these end-of-program learning outcomes were attained; Name of activity, provide a brief summary for each activity, and Relate activity to role-specific competency. Explained how outcome was met; The activity will involve designing simulation-based training for nursing staff that will teach them how to manage patients with aggressive behaviors, incorporating Watson's caring theory for a holistic approach. The goal will be to evaluate their performance using a rubric based on Bloom's Taxonomy, focusing on how well they apply critical thinking in real-time decision-making. After the simulation, I will facilitate a debriefing session where they will use reflective models to discuss their learning experiences and areas for improvement. The rationale for this activity is to combine educational theories and technological tools with rigorous assessment methods, to effectively facilitate learning in individuals and groups, ensuring they acquire the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary for advanced clinical practice. This activity will allow me to gather some of the information about my QI project while completing clinical hours to fulfill the DNP's expected clinical hours.
