Problem: The one thing about the social work field, and life is that change is inevitable. Policies change which requires organizations to mandate certain changes. I think employees should be encouraged to grow professionally by attending training and workshops but never forced to. The clients we see are ever changing so as a social worker it's important to recognize this and so our best to adapt to those needs. It's the manager's job to be a role model in this area. Motivate people by action to want to get additional trainings.
