Anticipated demographic features of participants will include diversified gender, age, year of professional experience, and type of professional engagement in the healthcare system (This population is desirable for the research because they are directly exposed in the routine utilization of EHR systems and are thus better positioned to provide insight into how those systems affect workflow productivity and job satisfaction (Smith & Jones, 2020). Since participants will be randomly chosen from the target population, it is necessary to obtain approvals from the IRBs of the participating hospitals, ensuring that the study will not be unethical and that subjects' rights and confidentiality will be protected (Brown, 2019).
