Then how you'll choose participants, if applicable; what types of data collection instruments you'll use; what questions you'll ask (e.g. survey/interview question themes or what questions you'll explore using a dataset); how you anticipate analyzing the data; and how you'll ensure that the research is conducted in an ethical way that does not harm or overly burden any human participants. Finally, explain briefly why your proposed methodology is appropriate for answering your research question and addressing your agency's needs.
