Problem
The HRCI Knowledge Base holds the HR professional responsible to "Ensure that workforce planning and employment activities are compliant with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations." Individually or in teams, draw up a matrix that lists (down the side) each law we covered in this chapter, and (across the top) each HR function (job analysis, recruiting, selection, etc.). Then, within the matrix, give an example of how each law impacts each HR function.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
