Homework: Differences in the Workplace
Part 1
A 2 to 4 pages paper, not counting the cover and reference list pages.
o What are your personality characteristics? In what way do they affect your attitudes at work?
o How does your work attitude affect your job performance and behaviors?
Part 2
Then, meet with your manager or a coworker who knows you well, and discuss your findings in your personality test. Discuss how they see you compared to your test results. In the final submission, include a paragraph of at least 75 words covering the highlights of your discussion with that person. (If you are not currently working, you can select a family member, friend, or someone else who knows you well to complete this part of the homework.)
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
o The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
o The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
o Also include a reference page. The Citations and references must follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
