Problem
Developing an individualized social media plan--marketing goal is to make Nutrition topics and Gardening topics on Instagram.
A. What are the subject's social media marketing goals that align to their "business" objectives. Set S.M.A.R.T. goals (Each of your social media marketing goals should be SMART: specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound)
B. Profile the subject's audience. Create audience personas ---age, location, interest, stage of life, spending power and patterns
C. Analysis of the competition- state a competitor in the Nutrition/ gardening (social media) world
D. Social media audit -- What's working, and what's not?
a. Who is engaging with you?
b. What are your most valuable partnerships?
c. Which networks does your target audience use?
d. How does your social media presence compare to the competition?
E. Consider various social media accounts and provide suggestions to improve their profiles ---Create mission statements for an Instagram profile for Nutrition
F. Find inspiration in the subject's brand - it's important that we profile the subject's brand as unique. There is no shame in imitating others on social media, but we need to help them find their uniqueness if it is not obvious.
G. Create_a prototype social media ( Instagram) content calendar (maybe do 1-3 months but be consistent with all subjects)
H. How will the pro team evaluate and adjust this strategy.--- Keep your content aligned with the purpose of each network;
Show other stakeholders (if applicable) what kind of content they can expect to see on each network.
