Assignment:
One team member is to submit your completed Leadership Interview Paper for this assignment.
The purpose of this academic writing exercise is to apply the theories and concepts that you have become familiar with to problems or opportunities leaders face every day. Your team has already identified and prepared questions in order to interview a leader. Work as a team to prepare the paper. Each team member might want to take a topic area, ask those questions of the leader, and then write that portion of the paper. The paper should conclude with the topics learned from the leader, and what (if any) recommendations your team wants to make back to the leader to increase his/her leadership style. The recommendations should be done in a constructive and "consultant-like" tone. Delegate tasks as you see fit. The paper should be written and submitted as if one author wrote it.
The paper must meet the following requirements:
1. At least four academic references must be used and cited to support your points and conclusions. You can access the Penn State Library links to management articles and databases through Library Resources in the course navigation menu. Visit the Purdue Online Writing Lab (Links to an external site.) if you need help citing references. Google is not an academic reference.
2. Length of paper is to be 12 to 16 pages (3000 to 4000 words) excluding references.
3. Paper must be double-spaced with 12 point font.
