Water and Sanitation
Water and sanitation (less so, hygiene) are often considered development infrastructure and urbanization concerns. How does water and sanitation safety concern your work as a nurse? Would you care activities be changed by lack of immediate, safe water or changes in sanitation disposal? Provide concrete (and creative) examples to show how water and sanitation affect your daily routine in a clinic or hospital setting. Hygiene is clearly important, but will not be regarded for this exercise.
