• Non-profit organizations tend to have a slightly different set of stakeholders than for profit entities. What are the primary differences in stakeholders between for profit and non-profit organizations? How does the organization most effectively lead these stakeholders in order to maximize their contributions? Support your position.
• Organizations rightly strive to maintain stakeholder commitment to the organization. However, the interests and desires of varied stakeholder groups can conflict with one another. At what point, if ever, do the conflicting desires of these groups necessitate that an organization sever ties with one or more of the stakeholder groups? Does this differ based on the for-profit/non-profit status of the organization? Why or why not?
