As a group, create an outline of the Technology plan that is appropriate to your style of business/industry needs. This is written paper. Single spaced.

Include an Organizational Chart if more than one employee.
What are the software and hardware components. Describe in detail.
How does the business plan to utilize technology.
Who are all the players that use technology? Internal only? Partners/Vendors? Customers?
Create a budget/cost/expenditures for your Tech Plan?
Timeline/Phase your Technology use/upgrades/implementation into Phases? (Budget should be according to Phases).
How do you plan to assess or how did you assess/vet what technology to use/implement?
Overall Budget should include cost per personnel (did you think of training time and cost?)
How are you planning to evaluate the Technology process? Usefulness? implementation?
Metrics (how will you measure and know it is working).
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
