Did they manage the change positively? Was there a learning curve you could define and apply to your own Strategic Action Plan project?

What is the upside and what is the downside of the political frame as applied to the social entrepreneur of your choice?
Define what impacts the upside and downside of that social entrepreneurial lens had on the organization.Provide some examples to illustrate both sides.
How was the political power of the organization affected by the upside and downside of the lens?
How does that framing affect your assessment of the power for change in the initiative?
