How does team work affect a workplace or department? What does good team work look like, in other words, how can team work be demonstrated? How can team members be motivated to improve their team work? What are some strategies for dealing with people who are not team players? How could a lack of team work affect customers/patients, or doesn't it? Do you have any personal experiences you are comfortable sharing (remember, no specific names for privacy)?
