Discussion Post: Aging Process
The term quality is subjective. What one person expects may not be expected by another. Your perceptions of quality are oftentimes based on your upbringing, cultural differences, experiences, and even your surroundings. Elaborate on the concept of quality in health care, and discuss the following:
1) What does quality mean, and who defines the provisions thereof?
2) How does quality correlate with the value of an aging individual?
3) How can an individual maintain the highest level of quality of life while aging?
4) How can a leader in health care demonstrate the understanding of quality within the policies and procedures that drive the organization?
