Problem
Healthy work environments should be everyone's responsibility. However, as a leader you realize that not everyone takes that responsibility serious. Sometimes you see other leaders and staff that you work with who complain and think it is the responsibility of the organization to provide healthy work environments. I believe this is what causes the angry, hostile work environments. How does a leader not get caught up in this type of environment and how does a leader motivate and convince staff and especially other leaders that healthy work environments are everyone's responsibility? Your thoughts?
