After reading Section III: Module 3 and listening to the podcasts and watching the videos contained in the module, complete the Personal Values Assessment (also referred to in Chapter 3.2). Your results will include an analysis and a list of five values that are important to you, based on your responses. In an essay of approximately 500 words (2 pages), describe your key takeaways from the analysis of your results. Do you agree with your results? Did you learn anything new about your values? From the list of five values, choose the three that are most important to you and describe why. Reflect on times when your actions reflected each of these values. How does it feel when your actions are aligned with your values? How might you react if someone is not acting according to these values? How do your values impact your perception of a good leader?
