Problem
How do you read to understand the main concept- my level of deep processing and working memory is very low and I always have to write down notes for every sentence I'm reading. I then look over the notes to better understand the information and route learn everything including details but then forget the information very quickly/ rememeber it in dribs and drabs and can't apply it in a rela world context. E.g. doing a top to toe surgical assessment of a patient will only remember parts of it
