Question: When presenting to executive management, I used to get very nervous about how they perceived my communication and thought the whole process was rather intimidating. I soon realized that most executives are the same individual in the board room as they were in their office, and I needed to communicate with them as such. I also aimed at establishing a solid working relationship and articulate my stance on key subjects outside of the board room, so my presentations were merely just reiteration of the same content discussed in a smaller setting. How do you perceive your ability to present to management, and what will you do to overcome any limitations or obstacles you think you have?
