Assignment: Leadership Traits
In a paper that is at least four to five paragraphs in length, write about the following: (Be sure to add details, explanations, and examples to support your ideas).
SMART Goals (1 paragraph):
i. Restate the two SMART goals you developed in Week 1.
ii. Describe your motivation for pursuing each of these goals.
Two Leadership Traits (1 to 2 paragraphs):
i. Discuss two leadership traits mentioned in Chapter 2 of the textbook that you possess, which can help you reach your academic and professional SMART goals.
ii. Include examples of how these traits can help you reach your goals.
Your Leadership Role Model (1 to 2 paragraphs):
I. Identify a leader in your personal or professional life or a well-known leader that you admire.
II. Describe this leader and in your description discuss the following:
i. Who is this person?
ii. How do you know them or how did you hear about them?
iii. What leadership traits do they possess?
iv. What makes them an exceptional leader?
v. What can you learn from them to help you achieve your own goals?
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
i) The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
