i. In your discussions for I and II, you should consider and expand upon the three differences between upper-class and working-class foodways, as described by Guptill et al., in Food & Society (p. 33).
ii. It is not required that you have actually tried the food examples you provide, but you must be able to discuss why you have identified the food as either fancy or working-class.
