Problem
• Imagine that you have been put in charge of managing a new project team with employees that have never met. Describe a team building exercise you could use at the first meeting and what the intended effects might be.
• Many students say they would much rather work on a project alone that in a group. How do you feel about working on group projects? Given that most jobs will involve working in groups, how could CMU instructors structure group projects so that they are more beneficial for all students involved?
