Assignment task:
Think that there are several problems with the sale of organs. One of the main ones in my opinion is the legal aspects surrounding it. Also some people don't see it as ethical, due to different beliefs. There risks of organ trafficking and exploitation.
These are problems because there is no control over it. While it might be illegal in many countries, people still find ways to sell and buy organs, especially in the black market. I don't think there is a permanent solution when it comes to having the power to solve this problem. If the Govt. of each country made organ sale legal, with requirements, those who do not meet the requirements would rely on other alternatives. At this point, it has not been solved because there is no control. There are people and children being kidnapped in other countries, and their organs are being stolen and sold on the black market.
So, I do not think that coming up with a solution would help solve the problem. This is a global issue, not just here in the US.
So how do we solve a global problem?
