Overview
In this course, the Learner-Faculty Connect homework will be used for reflection, as well as to discuss your preparedness. You are encouraged to explore the concepts presented.
Details:
You are encouraged to address any concerns and questions before the course project is due. Discuss your progress and concerns through this submission.
Submit a word document, sharing your expectations and understanding of the scenario and corresponding requirements. Specifically address the following criteria:
I. Share your thoughts and questions about the course project, including any questions or concerns you have regarding:
i. The role of communication in fostering or suppressing change
ii. The role of strategic communication in sustaining change
II. Share what you learned from completing the Milestone Two homework and any feedback you received, including any questions you may have about the same.
III. Reflect on your personal experience working through the milestones and the process you followed.
i. How do the topics relate to your career journey?
ii. Include any aspects that stood out, as you prepare to make your final recommendations in the project submission.

Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
i) The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
ii) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
iii) Also include a reference page. The Citations and references must follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
