How do i input the initials of two fields for name

Peoblem:

Question- How do i input the initials of two fields ( name,surname) in order to create a third field with them and an e-mail adress?

Hi community,I would like to use two fields , name and surname , get the initials of both and develop a third one which just adds the initials plus at plus gmail.com. I guess its easy but i don´t know how to do it .

Does anyone know how to go about this search to explain it.
