b) How do I develop departmental goals and objectives?
c) How do I Ensure that the facility in which they work is up to date on and compliant with laws and regulations?
d) How do I recruit, train, and supervise staff members?
e) How do I manage the finances of the facility, such as patient fees and billing?
f) How do I create work schedules?
