1. How do different attitudes about nursing, weaning, and sleeping arrangements affect young children? How are differences in these practices compatible with the needs of the cultures that employ them? Provide ethnographic examples from our readings as well as examples from your personal experience and/or observations.
2. How do people in Inuit and Yoruba societies respond to mental illness? What do they recognize as mental illness? How are these two things different from the understanding of mental illness in your own culture?
