Read this article: "Memory Changes in Older Adults" from the American Psychological Association's website, that challenges the idea that memory has to decline with age.
Using the article and what you learned about memory this week, develop an essay answering the question - "What strategies can be used to improve memory in adults?"
Use the questions below as a guide to develop your essay:
o How does the brain change with age?
o How do changes in the brain affect behavior?
o What can be done to solve memory problems in aging adults?
o What behaviors can prevent these problems?
The writing assignment should be a minimum of 500 words and include an introduction with an overview of your essay, ending with a thesis statement answering the question "What strategies can be used to improve memory in adults?" in your own words.
