What are the best-practices methodologies for cost estimation? Is there a hierarchy of costs that a IT project cost estimation needs to focus on? Research and analyse the methodology your company uses for project cost estimation. In your analysis, include a list of the tools that are in place that model a project's task. Also analyse the ways human resources are estimated and managed. Include in your cost estimation analysis how your company's methodologies contribute to a project's success or failure.
