Managing Returns
For this assignment you need to talk about your personal experience with the return process.
Describe how you returned a product and identify the activities or steps in the process that affected you. You should also identify things that you were aware of from this process such as shipping/logistics of your return, refunds etc.
For example: How did you make your initial request and was there a gate keeping process used. Identify and discuss any of the best practices that the firm used when you returned your product.
