To stay organized when creating a document, the steps that need to be followed are as follows writing a short proposal, outlining the problem, the research which includes listing the question/s to be answered and indicates the research methodology and last listing the sources. It has been observed that the step that really helps in making the writing organized and its related research easy is the step where the problem is defined, this is because once this is defined correctly and is detailed out, the rest of the steps become clear and easy to execute (Ballenger, B. 2018). Surprises came in the form of discovering facts that were unexpected, often breaking the premises. Sometimes, the data disproves the theory one has set out to prove. Hence, it is wise to be willing to question one's existing beliefs and be open to take the research finding to the next level, beyond the expected.
