Flexibility in times of crisis can be essential to ongoing success. From the company identified in the previous scenario, identify the structure of the organization. How did management's job design processes, departmentalization, delegation, and/or span of management aid in allowing the firm to be flexible during crisis? Also, explain how the culture of the organization helped or hindered the firm's flexibility during the time of crisis. What can be learned from the company's organization and culture during the times of crisis?
