Problem
In Section 6.4 Judge warns change agents not to exclusively focus on an organization's "A" players - those who are motivated, eager, and ambitious. Most organizations consist of many "B" players, those whose careers have plateaued, defend their work/life balance, do not possess the skills to advance at the pace of the "A" players, etc. Describe an example from your experience in which you assumed the "B" role on a job, team, class, or school project. Why did you assume that role? How did being in such a role affect your own performance and expectations? And finally, what would you as a leader get people in the "B" role more involved in the future?
