The courts should handle our right to free speech by continuing to allow for a variety of expression while still monitoring and censoring certain speech. The circumstance in which censorship is justifiable is pertaining to instances including abuse and violence. I do believe that the court was right to restrict Keegstra's speech in order to try and keep protect society from harmful speech.
