Problem
In this first Wellness problem, will be focusing on your nutritional habits. U will complete a three-day nutritional log (two weekdays and one weekend day).
Within this log, you must include the following:
a) Food item
b) Time food was eaten
c) Calories
d) Protein
e) Carbohydrates
f) Fat
g) Sodium
h) Water/fluid intake
Daily Totals A sample template and example log will be presented during lecture. Once youu finish the food journal, youuu must reflect on nutritional habits. The accompanying reflection has a required length of six paragraph The following questions should be addressed in reflection:
• Are your nutritional habits in line with your health/fitness goals? Explain.
• How could your nutritional habits be improved? Identify a strength and weakness of the three days of eating being as specific as possible.
