Recently, many organizations have implemented Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives. This has been a noticeable trend particularly after the Black Lives Matter, Me Too and other movements.
How can a company implement such an initiative successfully? What would be the necessary components of such an initiative? What needs to be put in place besides including DEI language in the mission and vision statement?
How could results of such initiatives be measured?
