Assignment
You are required to answer the following questions. You should save your answers in a Word document for submission. Make sure to include your name and student id number as part of the Assignment response. For each assignment, you are expected to answer the assigned questions in your own words. Each assignment paper should be at least 300 words. Papers less than the required 300 words will get zero. This does not mean each question requires a 300-word response; rather, the total number of words for answering the questions must total more than 300 words.
Case Study - Raising the Performance Bar
Read the Case Study at the end of Chapter 7 entitled Raising the Performance Bar (on page 254). Answer the following questions.
1. Summarize the case study. What specific factors influenced Laverne?
2. How could Laverne have approached the supervisors differently?
3. What specific steps should Laverne now take with each supervisor to ensure that he or she improves employee performance in each respective unit?
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
3. Also include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
