Each conflict style has its own strengths and weaknesses. Focus on your conflict style in various situations like at home, work, and with friends. Then, incorporate your answers the following questions in an essay:
- Share three adjectives that describe your overall conflict style with a brief one-sentence description of each adjective.
- Talk briefly for three or four sentences about how your conflict style changes with different communication situations.
- What are three strengths of your conflict style?
- What are three weaknesses of your conflict style?
- What causes conflict to escalate for you?
- What creates closure for you in conflict?
