Discussion Post: Situational Leadership Theory and Why Good Leaders Fail
Certain leadership tactics and management practices may positively or negatively affect employee empowerment, motivation, and productivity. Research evidence of how your chosen leader's behavior may have affected employee empowerment, motivation, and productivity in his or her organization.
Discuss the following:
a) Critique how your chosen leader's behavior shaped organizational culture in a positive or negative fashion.
b) Determine whether any ethical and/or unethical political behaviors were evident in these tactics.
