Watch the Ted Talk video "How to make stress your friend" by al Kelly McGonigal and answer the following questions:
a) How do you handle stress? Are you pretty resilient to it or do you seem to be more sensitive? Does it depend on the type of stress (financial, school, relational, etc)? Explain.
b) Why do you think you handle stress this way? In other words, what contributing factors in your life have caused you to handle stress the way you do (upbringing, level of familial/friend support, past experiences, etc)?
c) Talk about some healthy and unhealthy ways you cope with stress.
d) How can you take Kelly McGonigal's advice and change the way you perceive the stress in your life? What are your take-aways from this talk? Explain.
