Case Scenario 2:
Consider three different employees:
- Person A has worked for your company as a programmer for over thirty years and will retire in six months.
- Person B was hired to be a systems analyst, but ended up working with requirements elicitation (one of the key aspects of any project).
- Person C received a notification that he or she would be promoted as soon as one of the people in IT management retires which is likely to happen within three months.
