"What is the difference between a manager and a leader?" Think about the last time you worked on a project with a group at work, in school, or in a community-based organization. What did you and others do that could be described as "managerial" behavior? What did you and others do that could be described as "leadership" behavior?

Which leadership theory do you find as most useful/relevant to you (and your organization) and why? How can you apply that framework to improve your leadership? What challenges and needs do you see, and what will you do to improve your knowledge or skills?

First, describe the importance and role of equity, diversity, culture, or globalization (pick one) as the responsibility of a leader. Then, discuss its (potential) value or impact. Use an example if you can.
